Important Instructions Regarding Complaints


(a) A Complaint should be addressed to Hon’ble Chairman of the Juvenile Justice Selection Committee.


(b) A Complaint should accompany all the relevant documents and evidence. If a prima facie case is not made out, complaint shall be dismissed summarily.


(c) Complainant should clearly state the name and contact information of the complainant. If complainant cannot be traced or verified, it can be dismissed summarily.


(d) The Name, Position, District of the person against whom complaint is made and Nature of the Complaint should be clearly mentioned at the beginning of the Complaint.




Complaint regarding Chairman or any Member of any of the committee or Board Constituted by the Juvenile Justice Selection Committee can be sent to the Selection Committee for necessary action by following ways-

IN PERSON AT THE OFFICE OF JUVENILE JUSTICE SELECTION COMMITTEE


The complaints shall be received during working Hours of the office. Office shall remain closed on all the holidays declared by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
